Plan a one-minute pitch
Use the opening ten seconds to establish the problem.
Reserve the middle for a real demonstration or a dated piece of evidence; cut secondary claims first.
Use the final seconds for the ask and a way to follow up.
Review it for partnerships
Do not imply the partnership is agreed before it is approved.
Ask yourself: Can the pitch fit the intended time without rushing its evidence?
Watch it as if you were seeing it for the first time. If something is unclear, try a different cut or add the missing shot.
