Middle
Reserve the middle for a real demonstration or a dated piece of evidence; cut secondary claims first.
Ending
Use the final seconds for the ask and a way to follow up.
Review it for internal proposals
Use internal data only in an appropriately restricted version.
Ask yourself: Can the pitch fit the intended time without rushing its evidence?
